September 12th, 2024
Chairman Dagnan called the meeting to order at 12:07 p.m. The meeting was held at the Jasper County Emergency Services Dispatch Center 13870 Dispatch Lane Carthage, MO as per public notice. Present in addition to Chairman Dagnan, Vice Chairman Alvin Peavler, Director Brandy Corum, and Director Steve Weaver.
Representing staff –Executive Director (ED) Lisa McCool-Rataczak, Deputy Director (DD) Brandon McClintock, and Operations Manager (OM) Amber Madison.

Missouri Ethics Commission Resolution 2024-02
ED Rataczak read resolution 2024-02: resolution of Jasper County Emergency Services Board Establish a procedure to disclose potential conflicts of interest and substantial interests for certain officials.
Director Weaver motioned to approve Missouri Ethics Commission Resolution 2024-02 that states that states that only the Chairman of the elected Board of Directors, Executive Director, Deputy Director and the Treasurer of the Board of Directors shall file financial disclosers with Missouri Ethics Commission. Director Corum seconded the motion. Vote: 6-0. The motion was adopted.

At 12:11 p.m. Director Corum motioned to adjourn. Director Peavler seconded the motion. Vote: 6-0. The motion was adopted.
