Board announced to close for personnel records pursuant to Mo. Statute Section 610.021(12). Present in addition to Chairman Alvin Peavler (CP), Vice-Chairman Jeramiah Norton (DN), Director Brandy Corum (DC), Director Dan Stanley (DS), Director Bill Kingsbury (DK), Director Christopher Corbett (CC) in person at Jasper County Emergency Services Center.
Representing Staff – Executive Director (ED) Brandon McClintock, Deputy Director (DD) Angela Russell, Operations Manager (OM) Amber Madison, and Office Support Clerk (OSC) Catherine Kho.

At 12:55 p.m. Director Kingbury motioned to go into Closed Session per Section 610.021(13). Director Stanley seconded the motion. Vote: 6-0. The motion was adopted.
