Chairman Dagnan called the meeting to order at 09:00 a.m. The meeting was held at Jasper County Emergency Services 13870 Dispatch Lane Carthage, MO as per public notice. Present in addition to Chairman Dagnan, Vice Chairman Alvin Peavler, Director Brandy Corum, and Director Jeremiah Norton.

Representing staff –Executive Director (ED) Lisa McCool-Rataczak

Representing Public – None

At 09:02 a.m. Director Corum motioned to go into closed session for the purposes of discussing personnel related information. Director Peavler seconded the motion.

Vote: 4-0. The motion was adopted.

At 10:04 a.m. Director Peavler motioned to come out of closed session. Director Norton seconded the motion.
